Willett 8 yr old, which I'm liking more than the 21 yr old.
lots of flavor, despite relatively high proof

Is that a recent Binny's 8 year? If so, it is an amazing bourbon. Rumor has it the Binny's 8 is a Buffalo Trace wheater from the Pappy stock. If it is, give it a week to get some air - it really opens up after a week or so.

I'm not sure. They run a pretty tight ship as far as info over at Willett - loose lips and all...

To stay on course with the thread topic, I'm putting back a Willett 10yr (Binnys). Very tasty.
