Passed up 4R SB '11 LE & 100th, couldn't find SB '12 LE. Passed up 1993 BTEC rediscovered, have yet to see "large barrels". The 1993s are a possibility as I really liked the 1991.

FWIW I prefer the 1993 to the 1991 rediscovered.

THH 2012 @$80 and PHC 2012 @$89 at a really small shop. Was frankly stunned they had either. Stopped in on a whim.

Mastersons 10yo straight rye.
No way I'm paying $110 for a bottle that would sell for <$50 if it were packaged where the whisky was distilled and aged - in CANADA.

I would definitely second this,of the'89,'91 and '93 releases of the BTEC.The '89 being the worst and the '93 being the best.

I thought it was reasonable. I will be returning without the wife. I walked out of there with a WTRR 10 from 2006 so I wasn't going to push my luck. The V23 has been sitting there for a few years so I'm going to bet it will be safe until Monday.

I would believe so. I saw two bottles sit on the shelf for about a month here at $65 before I snagged them.
