You could use a speed pourer. Might be a bit more work to attach and remove it if you are just looking for one drink, but it's always clean and you can control your portion very precisely.

Some bottles are a lot harder to pour from than others. If you go with a speed pourer, I would put the regular cap on it when you're done serving guests.
