I tried this for the first time this evening, but our previous thread was closed for my comments.
For only being 2+ years old, it seems very drinkable. It doesn't have a high degree of complexity by any stretch, but does have a flavor that is more than an alcohol burn. Even though it's younger, I think it's the ryed-bourbon version of Makers. It's an "entry-level" pour suitable for mixing, and help a new bourbon drinker learn to identify flavors.
