That Four Roses blend was for a lot of people a 'good enough whisky', by that I mean any worse they wouldn't want to drink it and any better they couldn't afford it.

Feeling better from the head cold finally, and got up into that GTS '12. It's my first GTS, and I gotta say that is some darn good stuff. Can't wait to see how it settles in after a few weeks of air.

Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project Barrel 120 and Willett Family Estate Single Barrel 5-Year Old Rye. The BTSO is boring compared to the Willett, which has a sensational last bite.
