I hope I am just confused. Am I to understand that 4 Roses makes a limited edition of their Single Barrel AND a limited edition of their Small Batch?

That is correct! Personally, I think the 2012 LE SmB won out this year although the 2012 LE SB was the first 4R product I ever tasted.
