Peggy: Look Al, the rubes think I'm sexy!
Al: So would I if I had whiskey for breakfast.
Crushed another bottle (not in one sitting) of 4roses small batch 2012. I'm loving it! Who needs dustys with this stuff around?

Barton in coffee, turned back cold and rainy today.
It was bourbon night on Saturday, started with an OWA on the rocks, followed that with a Woodford Reserve, which is my house bourbon but paled by comparison to the Weller Antique. For dessert I cracked open my Taylor Tornado, neat. What a drying finish, not a criticism, it just seemed to evaporate on the tongue. Last night a glass of Elmer T Lee. which keeps improving in my mind everytime I have it. All in, 4 pretty diverse taste profiles, there is something for everyone under the bourbon tent.
