Not bourbon but had a chance to try a sample from a bottle of Stranahans last night. I thought it surprisingly good and a bit more of an Irish or Scotch profile which I suppose is not surprising given it's all barley mash bill. Forgot to look and see when it was distilled and bottled so not sure if it was pre or post change over in key personnel.

Not sure I would pay $60-$70 for it but if was at least under $50 (and readily available in my neck of the woods which it is not of course) I might consider a bottle now and again.
