Doin' a side-by-side with Russell's Reserve Single Barrel and Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit.
Neither one is hittin' the dope spot, maybe I better hit the cronic, the Remy Martin and my soda pop.*

Whipped up a Bourbon cocktail to go with lunch, used Barton.
I received a bottle of Noah's Mill for Christmas. First off this was one bourbon I have not tried or have ever purchased. I think the wine bottle look put me off a bit in the stores.
How could this be a real bourbon in a wine bottle?
I have over 100 opened bottles in my room and sometimes it is a bit overwhelming to choose what to enjoy.
So last night I opened the Noah's and tried it. A 15 year old 114 proof bourbon. I seem to enjoy the higher proof bourbons, Booker's, Col. Taylor Single barrel, G.T. Stagg, W.L. Weller, etc.
This bottle did not disappoint me at all. After this bottle is gone I will be getting another one. This goes into my good bottle rotation on my bar top and at a great price I may add.

I switched over to Vintage Bourbon 17 year old, neat of course (wink). (what happened to the wink emoticon?)
This seems to be calling me home.

Drinking some OF Bonded DSP 414 that I found on a dusty hunt the other day. I am really liking this bourbon, now if I can just find more! Looks like another dusty hunt will be in my future!
Not a bourbon but I just cracked open the bottle of High West Campfire I bought. This stuff is good, real good. Not as much peat/smoke as I expected but this is a really great blend. I just wish it was about $40 instead of the $60 I just paid for it.
OGD 114 while lighting Twitter ablaze with righteous indignation tonight.
Rounding off the evening with some OGD BIB.
Having a small pour of 2012 PHC while watching some tube. Can't get enough of this bottle!
I'm right with you there, bro. I'm finishing up the evening with the same pour. Every time I go to this bottle, I remember, and expect, the greatness I have experienced with it previously...And, it NEVER, EVER disappoints. I've never had a bourbon do that. I've said it before, but I'll say it again, the best whiskey I have ever tasted.
