Thanks Yeti, pulling corks certainly helped with the bottled up emotions, so to speak.

LAst night was an Old Fashioned with Jefferson's, orange twist and orange bitters. Not bad at all. I have the bottle half empty finally so I am going to let it sit for a while, it sat for a month with 2-3 pours out of it and it didn't improve at all.
Started the night with an age stated WSR, then had a pour of a four roses OeSO single barrel and opened a PHC cognac. First time I have had a finished bourbon and I really am enjoying it
The PHC cognac is insanely drinkable, with a really velvety body. Enjoy that stuff!
I'm sipping on some BMH SmB, inspired by the recently concluded VBT.
I am not content with saying "when it's gone, it's gone" - I would like some to enjoy down the road.

I decided I'd have some Old Grand Dad tonight.
I had a small sip of Rowan's Creek and BMH as well and I'm eyeing the open bottle of OWA right now. Trying to get to know it a little better.
Squire, I know you are a simple man when it comes to bourbon, but you are also a learned one. Do you not drink any premium bottlings on a regular/semi-regular basis?
Edit: Premium as in premium taste and price. Let's say $30 and up.

I have a few smaller bottles I need to get out of the way, so knocked out th last of a WT 86.8 proof, and now working down to the last pour of a Yellowstone Mellow Mash 7 yr.

A nightcap of JPS18 1B. This bottle really opened up after a few weeks.
