Finished off a bottle of PHC '12 and I was in the mood for some FR so I cracked open a Binnys 1B OESQ. I'm trying to cut down on my number of open bottles but I just couldn't help myself.

W12 then FR OBSK from binnys. Both neat. Both yum. Like the distinction between the two.

Then it's probably either the barrel strength Willet 7 yr or some RHF. Maybe I'll do a vatting.

Usually when I can't quite decide what's next I open several different bottles and give them a whiff or a sip from the bottle until I find something that works with my palate for the evening... Is that just me or does anyone else do anything similar?

Deps 1792. I've pretty much lost my taste for 1792, a decade ago I couldn't get enough of it. Maybe I've changed, maybe it's changed, probably a bit of both. It seems "thin" to me now.
