What bourbon are you drinking? Winter 12/13

Had my first pour of Bulleit at an Irish Pub tonight. The bar-chic was incredibly generous, just about filling my 5 oz rocks glass, and the whiskey was pretty darn good. I knew from reviews that it was rye-heavy and spicy, but I was surprised at how smooth it was at the same time.

Definitely a fan, and will have to add it to my rotation.

I just opened a bottle of the original Four Roses Limited Edition. 2007 Jim Rutledge 40th Anniversary.
Barrel proof at 102.2, perfection!
