Did this blogger just describe SB.com?

A snippet from the blog "Bourbon Empire" caught my eye. The following passage occurs after the blogger describes the Pappy phenomenon and the crazy prices the hype has brought:

"This isnít a criticism of people who donít know much about bourbon driving up prices, itís an awareness campaign helping them not get suckered into paying too much for it. Bourbon drinkers watching the prices of their favorite brands increase should adopt a ribbon. Then they should form a secret society where they drink other excellent bourbons that havenít been run through the hype machine yet and are still affordable. These include Elmer T. Lee, Old Grand 114, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey Rare Breed."

Secret society? Do we have password and handshake?

Sounds ok, but I was hoping for big fur hats with horns like the Water Buffalo Lodge on the Flintstones.

There are varying circles of SB trust and one must be subjected to unspeakable acts of debauchery to pass into the inner circles/higher planes...

(That's for the L33t base-belongers though. The rest of us are just low-level whisky-zombie fodder)

    Mine has apparently been delayed.

    Or perhaps someone used UPS.

Has anyone mentioned the goat yet? Or does that not come into play until the next level?

I assumed that's what ChainWhip referred to when he mentioned, "unspeakable acts of debauchery." Still waiting for that part of the hazing process myself ...
