    Thanks everyone. This has been a very nice welcome to the board.

    BBQ in St. Louis? There are several great choices. Pappy's, Bogarts, and PM BBQ are three great places. The food critic's seem to like all three.

    Disclaimer: I'm a partner in PM BBQ - with me (Mark) being the M in PM. We do a Memphis style BBQ - all dry rubbed Q. If your in the area, please stop in.

    Mark, I just joined up myself. I live just over the 40/64 bridge in O'Fallon.
    It sounds like there might be enough of us around here to start a little whiskey club.

    Indeed BM. This is a great forum. There are many wise folks here that I'm sure have already forgotten more than I know about bourbon. I have learned a lot over the last 6 months.
