Does anyone know if Old Glory BBQ is still open on M Street in Georgetown? That was there for a number of years and offered around 70 bourbons. They even had a club where after trying 50 different bourbons(not all at once, you had a form stamped each time) you got a plaque on the wall with your name on it.
I don't know the answer to your question, but it reminds me of a beer bar in San Pedro that had similar plaques -- displayed in their Hall of Foam!
