I think you definitely should. That way we can try it at your house and don't have to spring for the $125

I started drinking Old Taylor in the mid 1960s and the whisky would've been distilled in the late 50s but I don't think we have to go back quite that far. Today I would look for pre Beam Old Taylor ( prior to 1987) bottles and be especially on the lookout for BIBs.

Passed this, up I've never seen it. I might go back and get it just to try.

LC it's LDI juice that the producer re barrels for some length of time. The stoneware bottle is distinctive. We had one open at the Indy Gazebo but that was an unfair fight with all the rarities on offer that night. Wish I could give you tasting guidance but not sure it tried it that night.

I think I spit a little of my OGB BIB on the keyboard when I read this Personally, after trying the EC 20 on someone else's dime (believe I have Bruce to thank for that, so - thanks Bruce!), I wouldn't spring for the EC 21. The EC 18 was a steal at $50-$55, but I didn't get enough "more" out of the 20 to justify a huge price increase. I'm saving my money for the next PHC. Or if I run across any Bourbon Supreme (in the "good" bottle that is)

Lots and lots of 2013 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. Most of the stores here in Louisville only got minimal shipments and I got my one. Stopped in to liquor store outside of town and they had four boxes of it just sitting on an end cap. I don't know how they got that much, but it didn't look like it was moving fast, either. This store also had tons of Angel's Envy Rye, Woodford Four Wood, this year's Maker's Mark coaches edition, and some 2013 Four Roses Limited Edition Single Barrel.

Passed 3 bottles of EC21 at 139.99. Not that overly excited about it.
