Which is the better Willett option - MGP or BF?
Dunno. Never come across a KY distilled Willett rye.
When this appeared on the shelves, the first ones I saw were 2 years old and 114 proof. Since then, I've seen 3, 4, and 5 years old, all distilled in Indiana. One might tend to think; the older the better, but no. I actually liked the 2 year old the best. It had this fruitiness and thick viscosity that were much diminished in the others.
