Re: I'm Most Ashamed I've Never Tried...

There's a lot I've never had, but I want to try it all. #1 is VOB BiB, just got my first bottle, gonna crack it tmrw. I've never had a bunch of NDP stuff, from Old Bardstown to Johnny Drum to Old Pogue, but I'm not exactly raring to get some of that. I'd really like to get some 4RSmBLE 2012 to taste as well, just so I know how it compares to the 08, 09 Mariages and the upcoming 125th anni SmB.

Re: I'm Most Ashamed I've Never Tried...

Until last week I had never tried BT Old Charter 10 year. I tried the 8 a couple of years ago and wasn't all that impressed so I figured no hurry to try the 10. Then realized it had been discontinued so I hit all the locals and finally found a store with 5 handles. Bought one. Went outside and tried it. Went back and bought the rest.

Come on Squire, I bet that Jesse James Bourbon has made you think twice No shame in the equation for you, but there has to be something you've never tried. Old Whiskey River? Hmm?

Not a thing but I am rather shameless.

I'm with you Squire. There a few I haven't tried (OK, more than a few, but not a huge number). I however, feel no shame whatsoever about any of 'em.... And, I too, am totally shameless (just ask my wife).

Yes, a wife's testimony can be quite damaging.

I'm Most Ashamed I've Never Tried...

... the back door. I like to think of myself as experienced, but we all work within our limitations.

Oh wait, what're we talking about here???

It's never too late. That "old dog, new tricks" stuff is rubbish.
