For rebuttal, I submit Fermina Daza and Florentino Ariza. He definitely hit it from the back.

Those are just bottles waiting to be tried down the road, not something to be ashamed of.

I am ashamed that I have never tried Old Crow Reserve.
I would be ashamed if I did

I don't know if I'd say ashamed, but I have never tried any of the BTAC or Pappy's. I'd really like to, but honestly I don't have the $$$ or the dedication or the ability to suck up to store owners to attempt to get a taste.

And at this rate I suspect it'll stay that way. Though you often want most what you cannot have...

Honestly though I have a pretty respectable breadth of tasting. Jim Beam White was mentioned earlier and that was one I did have to actually force myself to sit down and do. My initial impressions were correct...it is rough stuff.

Honestly I'm not sure theres any I'm ashamed of not trying. Having only been "serious" about bourbon the last year or so I've tried a heck of a lot of things and worked my way through quite a bit of the lower/middle shelf that I can get without hunting hard.

Maybe FRSmb, I've always got a bottle (or two) of FRSB open and FRYL is a staple around our tailgate in the fall, but I've always skipped over the small batch version for some reason.

I've tried PVW15 and GTS, but I suspect I'll be in the same boat as you as far as ever owning a bottle. Unless I find one languishing on the shelves at some point, I just don't care enough to get myself worked up over whiskey to go through the hassle of tracking down a bottle.

As far as my own whiskey shortcomings, I've never tried Jim Beam white or black. I can't say I'm ashamed of this fact though.

As much as I like FR products, I can't believe i haven't tried the FRYL yet. I'll have to go get a bottle.
