I am referring to the Clynelish-in-a-fancy-package that goes by the uppity name of 'Brora'.

Bruichladdich 10! My initial bottle was maybe a bit off but I bit the bullet and tried it again due to GR8 reviews here and elsewhere. I am glad I did. This is a very good value here in Manitoba Canada. $53.50 plus taxes. 46% ABV,no carmel added and not chill filtered. What more can U ask, good taste and a value purchase.

Having a small dram of Yamazaki 12, forgot how good this stuff is! I may have to pour myself some Nikka Pure Malt Black tonight as well!

Glenfarclas 21 and a follow up of Macallan CS,as the temps continue to drop I can see some well deserved Islay's making their way back into my opens section as well.I have to say as it snows here this morning some Lag 12 is really calling out to me as this evenings pour.

Just returned from an annual camping trip gave me the opportunity to open (and finish) a bottle of JW Gold Centennial that has been sitting around far too long. It was good but I still prefer the single malts.

Nice. I love the stuff too for a change of pace from the peaty stuff and am always impressed by it. Enjoy!

Hell yeah, that's my kind of 1-2 punch.

I had a small pour of the 2012 Lag DE a few nights back, but was overwhelmed with some heartburn and wound up throwing in the towel. It'll be full blown scotch time sooner than later.
