I've always liked the 15 a lot too. And with the fact that I can get it for $35, it makes it even nicer.

I opened my first ever bottle of Lag 16 a few weeks ago, and I'm not finding much to love with it. I get the sherry, I get the Lag peat, but it's all quite tired and faded. I had a bottle of the CS 12yo last Spring that I really enjoyed, and that will be the one I go back to in the Laga line. I see no reason to spend $80 on the 16 (though I got the one I have for $60, so I can't complain too much).

Back to the Old Pulteney 12 and 21 this week. I really love OP and count myself lucky that I can find the 12 year old for less than $30 which is getting to be a rarity these days for quality single malts.

What Wee Dram Are You Enjoying Now - Fall 2013/Winter 2014

    Royal Mile (IB) "SKYE" Single Malt 23 / 1987 - Cask # 689, 54.4%

I wonder what mystery distillery this one hails from?

Edit: Following that up with Balvenie TUN 1401 Batch 9 - I really really want to love this bottle but it only appears that I'm the Abominabo-ble Snowman showering affection on my bunny rabbit George... Only 1/3 bottle left.

After a long day of dusty bourbon tasting we finished last night finishing a sample of Glendronach 17 yr and a Park ave liquors selection 15 yr Miltonduff.. 2 pours that squarely fit into the non scotch drinkers range

I've always liked it too. Hi Time has it for $30. $27 during the last sale. Awesome at that price. I'm a big Glenmo fan. Just bought the 18 for $68.
