Savoring a pour of K&L GlenDronach 1993. Layers of rich oloroso sherry at cask strength...
I followed up a nutty, knotty polished furniture pour of Glenfarclas 21 with a 1996 Glendronach 17yo PX. This convinces me that I'm just not a PX guy. I like the malt well enough, but PX goes in a direction with sherry that I just don't care for. I like it more than an 18yo Glenturret PX I have, but it still brings a sour fruitiness to the table that just isn't my thing.

Lagavulin 12, 2011 release
Having a little Burns 12 year Tomatin tonight. Man this thing is intense, soooo much fruit. Normally I really enjoy cask strength but this one needs a little water to balance it, though I'm still trying to find the right amount.
Sipping on some Old Pulteney 12 at the moment. Quite a nice dram if you ask me. This one really takes the ocean flavor to heart.
