More for me! I kinda hope it never gets popular (so the prices dont go up and ease of getting it goes down ), but I also hope sales are enough that Beam keeps making it.

Knob Creek has been a popular premium bourbon for the casual drinker and bartenders for a long time.
I've never tried GTS with any sort of soda. Maybe I'm missing out; but I'm OK with that.

Yeah, I'm definitely in the minority on that one I did several blind SBS tastings, and it seemed like a coin flip (some days I leaned one way, some days the other). As I can't get the 10yr in Georgia, I'm happy enough with the 10-star

Let us know what you think, Joe. I think 10Star is a serious hidden gem. On par with OGD and VOB. I actually prefer it over VOB.

HH 6 yr BIB from the fridge. Pours like molasses, and drinks like Heaven. Great mouthfeel and finish. The 2 extra years on this BIB give it that extra something that takes the very good EWBIB to greatness for my tastes. So good, and worth 3 times it's cost. This could definitely be in the running as my Desert Island bourbon...albeit, a cold island...

Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the Monger today. Got hammered at work. But, tomorrow!!! I look forward to the experience.
