    Party Source Shipping

Just got an email from TPS that they are no longer shipping alcohol of any sort. Seeing as they have built a large part if their business doing so, I would think this will have a drastic impact on them.

Well that is a bummer, they were always good for a few things around the holidays.

It is pretty amazing it lasted as long as it did as they were the only ones in KY that shipped period as far as I knew.TPS sent me a great many of things including quite a few of their PS bottles,I wonder what was the final straw that broke the camels back?

Well at least they are still allowed to operate. The Whiskey Place in Brooklyn got completely shut down for shipping indiscriminately to all 50 states, even though NY is not a very restrictive state. I'm no lawyer, but couldn't TPS lose their liquor license if they were found to be in violation of the law? That would have been even worse, so it seems to me they got off light. FWIW I know nothing of the specifics of the TPS situation.

From what I heard they were facing that exact situation if they didn't stop immediately.

The price of being high profile, hard to get more public about your business than going on the internet.

Is the reason this occurs due to shipping to states that dont allow alcohol shipments? I know my state allows wine shipments but no idea on spirits. I've found about half the sites I've looked at do ship here.
