Echo Springs - No dates on tax stamps, the bottle is 4/5 quarts, there is no government warning or UPC code, and there are quite a few numbers on the bottom along with a warning not to reuse it. The Park and Tilford is One Quart, no government warning or UPC, and there are a few numbers on the bottom.

The "Federal Law Prohibits reuse blah blah blah" was required from 1932-1964 so one bottle predates '64 and one is after. You can date the Park and Tilford from 1965-1978, look on the bottom and see if there is a 2 digit# corresponding to a year between those 2 and you may have a more defined date. For the one from 32-64 do the same and it may give you a more definitive date
