2nd. I use the 4oz. for my permanent sample storage, and 2oz. for friends and sample swaps.

Re: Best bottles for saving a pour for later

I finally called them and the bottles listed on the site have foam liners but they have plastic ones as well, they are just not listed. They told me to come on down to the warehouse so I'll try and do that this next week, I'm thinking a mix of 2 and 4 with maybe a few 8 oz thrown in just for fun. Plus atomizers, droppers, shrink wrap, and some other bottles for my wifes blackberry brandy she does every year. Should be fun!

I just bought a handful of the 2oz clear boston rounds.

I also called, and they said the cap liner on the boston rounds were only available in pressed foam, which was liquid-tight but not air-tight.

They said to get a plastic lining I'd have to look at their jar product lines.

FreundContainer 2oz Boston Rounds come with the plastic inserts - I'll take a picture later when I get home.

They told me the plastic liner lids were available in all sizes of the boston round but that you had to call to order or come down to the warehouse. Thankfully they have one of their warehouses here in Seattle so I'm going to go take a look on Wednesday morning to see what I can find.

Left are the caps you get stock from SpecialtyBottle, right are stock caps from FreundContainer:

After my order, I followed up with an email, and as you said MtnDew, they DO have plastic liner caps, which are now on their way to me.

Nice! Good to know I was not hearing things. I'm headed by there tomorrow on my way to the airport and figured I'd put in my order.
