Cracked open a cellared Jarvis 2001 - great stuff - tannins had subsided nicely and picked up tobacco notes. Too bad they recently transitioned to 'on premise' accounts only...

Recently enjoyed a bottle of 2009 Trisaetum Estates Reserve pinot noir and 2006 Fidelitas Ciel du Cheval cab sauv. Both were fantastic and the Trisaetum benefited from a couple runs through the Vinturi.

2011 Montes Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon from the Colchagua Valley in Chile. Not amazing but for $10 it really is pretty decent.

I think it's our 9th time out there, so we are quite good at it. Less wine this time since I was at a conference. A few more pics to follow in the next few days.
We spent Saturday with my wife's cousin, her husband and their son; it was their first time out there and we weren't sure how much they wanted to drink so we kept it low key.
