    bourbon and food

Hey, you all!!! It's me again!!!Don't worry about what food goes with bourbon-just sit back and nibble on whatever is available as it all goes with bourbon!!! The only thing to remember is if you drink bourbon, you have to nibble on something!!!

    Cheers,
    Marvin

At night while I am watching tv and having a few drinks my favorite 'snack' food is UTZ sourdough special pretzels, the unsalted ones. I know pretzels are a beer thing but I still like em' nonetheless especially these exact brand of unsalted ones. Most unsalted suck, but these sourdough ones from UTZ are the best.

Absolutely! Nancy is a wise woman! That really was good stuff (and addresses that blood sugar thing too... ).

So let's have some at the next gazebo nite along with the serious tablewater crackers for tasting.
How does the aforementioned ham, baked beans and bananas Foster sound? (I don't know anything about the latter).
Wonder if General Nelson has a kitchen. Maybe his wife does.

Wow, am I glad to see the references to chocolate! I'm sitting here chewing a Tootsie Roll with Old Fitz BIB, and I figured I was pregnant or something (well, maybe not really -- I haven't had that much bourbon!).

Probably my favorite thing with bourbon is south Alabama pecan brittle. Since I'm (supposed to be) on the Atkin's Diet, its a treat I can rarely indulge in.
