Good question! I've learned that a lot of folks seem to have strong opinions on that one. I do 3 ice cubes in a glass, pour 2+ fingers worth and then enjoy. The ice seems to create a different taste in some of them, almost adds a sweetness sometimes. And takes just enough of the edge off that I don't breathe fire. When I first started I had a diet Coke handy to help with the palette, but now I hardly ever go down that road.

    How about yourself?

    New guy from Chicagoland!

Mostly just glug out of the bottle. Wipe my mouth on my shirt and toss the empty at the mirror behind the bar. Then I saddle up and ride along the open prairie hoping to out run the Sheriff and the band of angry husbands. Thanks for asking and welcome to the site

And then you wake up to the reality of two mortgages, a wife, five kids, two dogs, three cats, a parakeet, a car in the garage for repairs, a job that's going down in flames, and a paternity suit. Nice one Kevin. Way to make the new guy feel welcome.
