Anyone else make kahlua? I've got 2 fifths cooking on the stove right now. Hella better than the store-bought stuff. I like to make them in the spring and have them marinate until winter. Makes for a nice fireside beverage on a cold night when bourbon doesn't sound right. (Ok, translation: it's for the wife, but I do enjoy it every once in awhile as well, in between bourbon pours.)

Easy to make, too: sugar, coffee, water, vanilla, vodka.
