    Carrots with OGD114

Cooked carrots with cinnamon and paprika and then decided to throw some OGD114 in the pan (since I got a lot of cinnamon last time I drank it). Let the bourbon cook down until it creates a sauce. It was delicious. I need to try this again with some other bourbons that have a spicy, cinnamon flavor.

That sounds interesting - when I saw the thread title, I immediately thought "Someone is steeping carrots in OGD - BRILLIANT!" But what you did sounds so much better!
