San Diego Pale Ales are my favorite but finding excellent ones is difficult. Big beers and big bourbons...coincidence?
I make the full range of the spectrum for ales, but I'm more into pales+, reds, porters and stouts. Not so much into pilsners and lagers.
The cream ale I have on tap is OK but not my style and the double red is subpar...but that has more to do with my current brewing technique. Which shall change shortly!!!
After all, brewing beer is the first step to brewing something better! (Except I do not have the patience to wait 8 years!!!)
