San Diego Pale Ales are my favorite but finding excellent ones is difficult. Big beers and big bourbons...coincidence?
I make the full range of the spectrum for ales, but I'm more into pales+, reds, porters and stouts. Not so much into pilsners and lagers.
The cream ale I have on tap is OK but not my style and the double red is subpar...but that has more to do with my current brewing technique. Which shall change shortly!!!![]()
After all, brewing beer is the first step to brewing something better! (Except I do not have the patience to wait 8 years!!!)
