It's the old Willett Distillery in Bardstown, where "Old Bardstown" bourbon was the staple brand -- now the site of Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, Even Kulsveen's operation. It ceased operation c. 1982.
Even's son, Drew -- a forum member here -- generously took a friend and me on a tour of the site during Sampler weekend. The old distillery has been dismantled, and the Kulsveens are in the process of installing a new one in that building. Drew said they hoped they might distill this fall. I don't know, however, if that new distillery will retain the DSP-KY-78 designation.
    Drew?
