The makers list on this site lists RHF as being distilled by Leestown distilling. Is this true or is this a brand from BT or HH? I here it's pretty good stuff.

It is a product of Buffalo Trace. And it just might be the best bourbon I've ever tasted.
Tim
Leestown Distilling is a DBA. It's a product of Buffalo Trace. I believe years ago BT was known as the Leestown Distillery.
Jeff,
I see the term DBA used alot. What does it stand for?
Thanks,

Joe,
I'm here, and Jeff's not, so here goes.
In this context it's "Doing Business As". You've probably seen notices in your local newspaper, something like "David L Morefield is doing business as Bluegrassers for Hire".
Yours truly,
Dave Morefield
Thanks Dave. I understand now.

A very nice bourbon....Everybody should own a bottle a Rock Hill....Nice Decanter style bottle to display and one of the best bourbons ever inside it.....![]()
FYI: Sam's Wine carries a non-chillfiltered version of Rock Hill Farms. Delicious, and somewhat heavier than the standard bottling.
You guys are on your game! Rock Hill Farms is produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery. We produce a number of brands that do do not mention our distillery, rather, we keep the old name (i.e., W.L.Weller & Sons). While we are very proud of our distillery and the brands we produce, we are also proud of the history behind the brands and we want to make sure no one forgets them.
I never had the opportunity to meet Julian's grandfather, but I bet he was a lot like Elmer. Sometimes we loose people from time to time and all we have left are the memories. I am just lucky that I have had the chance to meet some very colorful characters in the bourbon business!
