Try this next time you make sauteed mushrooms for your steak: Saute the mushrooms as you would normally do. I use butter and some cracked black pepper. When just about done, throw in some Bourbon (to taste). I use about 1/3 cup of Evan Williams Black Label. Continue on the heat until most of the liquid is vaporized. Great stuff!!Thanks Scuzzie.
