Being a bourbon afficionado now, I was making 'french toast' and recognized the similarity to egg nog.

Well, I did a search on Bourbon French Toast and yes, they have a recipe on the net!.....

Would you mind posting that link or the recipe, please? I am a french toast junkie would like to try that. Is it just as simple as adding a little bourbon to the egg batter?
