Unfortunately the box of cash shipped from Dane in Missouri has been quarantined in Nebraska for tax purposes (we tax everything here). The Unicameral here is deciding what tax would apply to said box, or if they need to create 3 more to cover it.

In the interim, they did concede that Dane owes $1509.29 in "shipping near Nebraska" tax. Unless he wants to challenge it, in which case if Dane's income is over $150,000 a year the tax will be reduced by half. Income under $45,000 a year and the tax is doubled. Nebraska...the good life.

Dadgummit, that box was supposed to go via Oklahoma to get there SOONER not via Nebraska where those huskers would shuck it clean. As a Mizzou grad I shoulda known that Oklahoma blows and Kansas sucks so it would naturally end up there via the slipstream. Anyhows, I got me a Nebraska Tax waiver signed by Tom Osborne (The King of Nebraska) that should get it back on it's way unless it crosses Colorado where it will need five tries to get it across the state line instead of the four normally needed.

As for the apron, it has been either burned or stashed away awaiting a time appropriate for it's reappearance. I'm not saying which or when.

But the Fat Tire to New Haven is a possibility since I'll be living less than an hour away from the brewery in a month or so...and Stagg to California? Where do you think I got mine in the first place?
