Beginning of the end for VA?

As some of you may know, Virginia has enjoyed the rare privilege of being part of the distribution zone for Ancient Ancient Age 10yo. Well, for the first time the ABC website is now listing AAA 10 *STAR* alongside our beloved 10yo. My theory is this is the first warning of a slow, quiet transition. So Virginians, be sure and check your labels and stock up while you can.

It was great while it lasted, folks!

When I was in Sunny Roanoke recently (note sarcasm) I stopped by a liquor store and found AAA, but it was all 10 star, not 10 yr. Very disappointing, that.

Who stole the cork from my breakfast?
