Want to place an order of one of these on my next order at Binny's. Which one do you think is the better bourbon? I would get all 3 but my pocketbook (and wife) would complain...
Noah's Mill
Rowan's Creek
Kentucky Vintage 17

Sorry can't be much help with the first two, but Vintage 17 is a very good pour. I sampled the other two Vintage offerings, I believe the 20 and 23 year and didn't care for them as much as the 17. Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of trying out the Noah Mill's or Rowan's as yet.
I think a couple of labels have been confused here.
Pure Kentucky XO, along with the three in the poll are of the "Small Batch Bourbons" by KBD.
The Kentucky Vintage is just that, no 17 in the name because it is 8 years old.
This, I think is being confused with Vintage Bourbon 17, along with the other expressions, Vintage Bourbon 20 and Vintage Bourbon 23. These 3 are also releases of KBD.
As far as the poll goes, I vote for Rowan's Creek.
But I am not a big fan of any of the above 7 brands. They are all good, but I drank to many of them to close together and there was a sameness that I got bored with.
Sorry for any confusion. I meant the Vintage Bourbon 17 year old, not the Kentucky Vintage.
I like Noah's Kentucky Creek 30yo of course
You must not have that in D-troit.
It is usually found next to the Rowan's Vintage Mill 24yo. I will see if I can find you a pic.
ah yes,...NKC30yo,...
one can only dream,...
D-troit just doesn't know what it is missing out on.
Besides good weather and good whiskey......I do hear the Ice Fishing is good though! :-)
