Wellers, whether 7yo Special Reserve, 107 Antique Brand, 12yo, or 'Larue' BTAC (except 2005 version) are good candidates.

Hey Tim, as a lover of sweet alcohol, I'd be interested - are any of those you mention readily available?

Weller 12 was the first one that came to my mind, and I have always found Elmer T Lee to be on the sweet side as well.

I would like to ad Heaven Hill 10 years BIB (rye-recipe) and Old Fitzgerald BIB (wheat recipe) from the same distillery. They may not be among the best sweet stile bourbons but they are both very cheap and a good value for the buck.

I would second ETL. I would also include VW Lot B.

Weller, definitely. It was too sweet for me. This was the plain jane white label.

As a corollary, one of the driest I've ever had (though it's not bourbon-it's Tennessee Whisky) is Dickel 12.
