    Good news: I got a list of retail outlets in NY from the fine folks at Four Roses.

    Better news: I'm taking the girls to New York on Father's day.

    Bad news: Determining whether any of them are open on a Sunday, and are reasonably close to mid-town. It appears Astor's is open, but might be a little bit of a trek.

    Just a question from a newbie... Is there a place where the abbreviations for the various bourbons spoken of is listed? Brisbane is a long way from home.

    I don't know of a particular resource that gives abreviations used in posts, but the bourbon database is a great place to start -

    Oops, missed this. It's on my work e-mail, so I'll try to post it on Monday. Or you could email four roses direct. They were very accomodating and friendly. I love companies that "get it".
