Three bottles of I.W. Harper - all with faux tax strips / 88076 UPC's:
- Two are I.W. Harper 99 proof, 1 750ml and 1 375 ml. - a nicely matched pair.
- One I.W. Harper 80 proof, 375 ml.
All three at the same shop and covered with really thick dusty coats.![]()

Damn you all with your never-ending supplies of RR101!![]()
I think I'm going to have to do some searching this weekend to see if I can locate any.
As a distraction from recent events, I've been staying out of the house, despite being off of work for the summer. I went dusty bottle hunting today.
1 pint tax-strip Mellow Mash, apparent bottle date of 1979.
1 750mL Old Taylor 101-proof (black label - never seen it), apparent bottle date of 1979
Left more of the Mellow Mash for another time, as well as some Champion with an 8-yr. age statement, tax-stripped Boodles gin at 94.4 proof, several ND OGD 114 half-pints, and a few other cats and dogs I have multiples of.
Also bought a 750mL Talisker 12-yr with a bottle date of 1979 - $18
A nice pick-me-up purchase, all from one store. I'll be back.
OGD BIB.. i like this stuff pretty well
Rittenhouse BIB finally made it to my local shelves, so I bought one of those.
