Evan Williams Master Distiller Select..

I first had this at the Chapeze House in Bardstown at the KBF in Sept..Man was it good..Very smooth,no burn to speak of..Called around some places and couldnt find any...Finally got some last night..Only $19.99...It is really good..anyone else had this? Great nose and flavor..I really enjoyed it..

Is this the stuff in the ceramic jug? I thought that was a one-time thing? Although I guess they do sell it in the BHC gift shop.

I had some when it first came out. Perfectly okay, not exceptional. You should try the Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage.

It is good....not great. I have two, one open and one in the bunker. BTW, EW has had better bourbon than this...try the 7yr 90 proof. Now that is some great EW.

It's still listed as available from Heaven Hill New Zealand. I picked up a bottle there two years ago from Meenans Wine and Spirits in Dunedin.

I don't know if I'll ever open it, because I really only purchased for the Earthstone jug....they look great . I can get Evan Williams 7yo and SB easily, so there's no reason for me to open the jug.

Alas, I remember it well. No longer 7 y/o or 90 proof. Good on ya if you got some. I wish I did.
