    Old bottle of Old Taylor

I have inherited a bottle of 6 year old OLD Taylor 80 proof whiskey. Looks like a 40 year old bottle. Sealed. I wonder if you can help me access its worth.

    Thanks in advance.

Re: Old bottle of Old Taylor

I keep saying this in response to questions like this and no one has disagreed with me yet. There isn't any established market for rare American whiskey, so it is impossible to establish a value for any particular bottle and the amount one of the few collectors out there would be likely to offer you would not be high. Sorry.

The good news is that it probably is a very fine bottle of whiskey. Enjoy!
