Is Stagg Bourbon?

It never occurred to me before, but looking at the regs, Bourbon must be "produced at not exceeding 160° proof ...and stored at not more than 125° proof "

Since the new Staggs are up in the 70% abv range, does this take them out of the definition of Bourbon?

"Stored at" means Barrel Entry not at barrel dumping.

Scotch generally ticks downward whereas bourbon/rye generally go up in ABV.
