What is your "Go To" Bourbon?

I did a search and didn't anything on this subject so I thought I' ask the question. What is your day to day Bourbon? I myself enjoy Maker's Mark and save my good drink for Friday or Saturday night or when a friend comes over.

The generally used term on this forum has been "everyday pour". Search for that and you should find a lot more info.

Centennial 13 would have to be the closest thing I have to an everyday pour. I really love variety so I try not to drink the same thing day in and day out. But the Centennial has all the right characteristics-- Great bourbon at a great price point. Other pours I reach for quite often are Lot B, ORVW 10/107, PVW15, Antique, and VSOF.

I don't really have one anymore, but used to be 8 yr old Old Fitz 1849 and Jim Beam Black.

Today, closest thing might be OGD BIB.

Lately my daily pour has been Weller Antique.

I can't say that I have a daily pour. I grab whatever interests me at any particular time. I have about 20+ bottles open at any one time and generally rotate around those bottles and when one gets low, open another of something else. I'm an eclectic drinker.

I refer to this as a weekday bottle. If I'm going to drink on a weeknight then I generally go for the lower shelf stuff, it makes the usually higher end stuff I drink on the weekends seem like more of a treat. Anyway, I don't really have a regular weekday bottle anymore. First it was FC103, then Weller Antique 107, then Rittenhouse: BIB. I typically choose between those three these days but there is also the occasional bottle of WT101 bourbon or rye although I usually only buy the WT101 rye when there is no Rittenhouse to be had. My current weekday bottle is somewhat atypical, a bottle of ORVW107; I didn't feel like going to the liquor store last night to pick up that bottle of FC103 I've been wanting since someone recently started a thread about it (it's been a while) and it had been sitting around for a while.
