I am sipping some VOB BIB in South Texas! A friend just returned from a road trip that took him through Kentucky. He brought me:
2 bottles of VOB BIB
2 bottles of OGD 114
1 Bottle of Four Roses Small Batch

If I was a betting man I would bet that I have the only bottles of these in McAllen, Texas. I'm a happy camper!

Are you unable to find any OGD in the Valley?

That FR is some good stuff and I am sure you will enjoy it. If you like the VOB...you might be able to find some Tom Moore Bib in Tx. It will taste very similar.

No 114 proof in the Valley. We have the regular 86 proof. The only Tom Moore I've seem is 80 proof. No BIB.

That's hard to believe....

I bet if you contact Republic or Glazers in your area, they will be able to order it or tell you which stores have purchased it lately.

If not, there is plenty in Austin...and I'm sure SA has some. Let me know if you need any help finding some.
