Re: So what is everyone smoking?

Spent some time at a small cigar gathering last evening with brother Greg and enjoyed a 2000 Upmann Monarch and a few custom rolled cigars....

I too enjoyed a couple custom rolled beauties. I took one home that looked like a night stick.

I enjoyed a cool DC area evening with an Arturo Fuente Hemingway Signature last night.

Last night I had an Excalibur No. III that was absolutely excellent (better htan the last few I remember having) and complimented very nicely by the end of a bottle of VOB BIB.

Enjoyed a couple more hand rolled cigars last night. About 1/2 way through the second stick, I started to feel it. That was a powerful smoke.

Macanudo Maduro Prince Phillip. Given to me by a friend for my birthday a week or two ago.

I usually don't buy Macanudo's, but I may start now...

Last night I had an Arturo Fuente Opus X 1992 Rare Estate Reserve along with the last of my tax-stamped, dimpled bottle of Old Forester BIB. It was a great pairing; however, any cigar goes well with any bourbon or rye.

Enjoying my first Ashton ESG. Good flavor but mild. Received this in trade.

IMO a way over priced cigar.... I enjoy the plain old Ashton corona's... great cigar. If I am feeling flush (or if Greg is buying) I grab an Ashton VSG Illusion which is one of the few premium cigars IMO is worth the $$$.
