Duty Free Question?

My son is going to Estonia, St. Petersburg and Kiev for a trip. He will have a lay over in Finland at the Helsinki Airport. I am not much of a traveler so I have no idea how this all works? Is there a Duty Free store at all Airports? Is there a bottle that I might want my son (he is 21) to keep an eye out for when he is there?

As far as I know most International Airports have Duty Free shops. They still carry Wild Turkey 12 in those, however most say its not as good as the dusty verions, and other WT products, 8 YO for example. I purchased a WT 8 YO 1L for $22 last year. They also carry those 'limited' WT releases, Freedom, Stampede, Tradition, etc, when available.

I purchased a Wild Turkey 12 yo bottle in the duty free shop in Narita airport in Tokyo last fall. It's definitely not as good as the dusty versions I've had, at least to my palate. I'd look for other things.

I was in Heathrow airport in London last month, and their duty-free shop had no bourbons that I could not get here in the US. I did buy a bottle of absinthe, though!!
