Picked up Yoichi 10 year old on clearance at the LCBO.
Exactly. 57.7% of liquid beauty. I was a little upset with the Naperville Binnys. I only had the opportunity to visit that location. I was interested in the ETL and WSR Binnys's selections, but neither of those had any markings designating them as barrel selections. I inquired and no one had a definite answer either way.
But, I turned around and saw the Redbreast cask strength and all was well. The only problem is that I only bought the one and by the time I headed home it was half gone.
I read Davin's review on Canadian Whisky and decided to pick up a couple bottles of Pendleton 1910 12 y/o rye.

Replenished my Te Bheag and Aberlour 10. The Aberlour is becoming a regular these days. It has nice bourbon and sherry notes and a little spice on the finish. Very pleasant these days.
Whisk(e)y - a bargain at any price !!!
Whisky Advocate Canadian Whisky of the year.
Tasting with some friends later tonight.
